Job summary

MFO Healthcare Partners is seeking a Senior Private Equity Fund Accountant to own the fund's financial operations and serve as a strategic finance partner to the deal team. You will handle NAV, LP reporting, capital calls, and model stewardship while engaging in deal discussions and portfolio analytics.

The role includes building the fund's economic model, LP refreshments, and supporting compliance, oversight, and FP&A for portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant fund accounting or related finance experience (PE/fund admin/Big 4 PE advisory).
• CPA preferred or equivalent accounting depth including ASC 820, partnership accounting, and complex equity instruments.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly and annual fund accounting cycles including NAV calculations and partner allocations.
• Manage capital calls and distributions, including LP notices and wire mechanics.
• Coordinate with fund administrator, auditors, and tax preparers; ensure audit-ready documentation.
