Job summary

829 Studios, a Boston-based digital marketing agency, is seeking a senior Paid Search Strategist to activate, optimize, and scale paid search programs for enterprise clients with multi-million-dollar monthly media investments.

You will partner with the Paid Search Account Director to translate strategy into flawless execution, rigorous performance analysis, and scalable optimization across engines like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years managing paid advertising programs.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Deep understanding of analytics tools such as GA4, Hubspot Analytics, or similar.
• Understanding of landing page best practices and optimization techniques.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Strong analytical skillset with experience in performance analysis, forecasting, and optimization
• Proven ability to manage large budgets with precision and accountability
• Experience working within agency teams and cross-functional environments
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into fully built, structured, and scalable Paid Search programs.
• Own campaign builds, restructures, and expansions across engines (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
• Implement advanced account structures aligned to goals, audiences, and funnel stages.
• Ensure all campaigns are launched with accuracy and consistency.
• Own day-to-day optimization across large-scale budgets, including bidding and budgets.
• Continuously refine campaigns to improve efficiency, scale, and performance against KPIs.
• Execute testing roadmaps (ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies).
• Identify performance trends and proactively adjust tactics.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis across campaigns, audiences, and conversions.
• Support forecasting, pacing, and scenario planning with data-backed inputs.
• Support measurement frameworks, including attribution and incrementality.
