Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud Security Engineer to design and operate security controls across OCI and hybrid environments. You will define security architecture, harden workloads, manage identity, lead vulnerability and compliance programs, and respond to incidents.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of cloud security experience with hands-on OCI, strong scripting in Python/Bash, and Terraform expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
12+ years of cloud security experience with strong hands-on OCI.
Deep OCI Identity, IAM policies, and identity federation experience.
Hands-on with OCI Cloud Guard, Security Zones, Vault, Data Safe.
Understand cloud-native security frameworks and CIS benchmarks.
Experience with vulnerability management and patching tooling.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
Strong Python/Bash scripting and Terraform proficiency.
Experience integrating cloud workloads with SIEM platforms and incident response.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and operate security controls across OCI and hybrid environments.
Define security architecture and harden cloud workloads.
Lead vulnerability management, compliance programs, and incident response.
Mentor junior engineers and participate in design/code reviews.
