Job summary

Savantage Solutions, Inc is seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to support Altimate, a proprietary Federal Financial Management System. This fully remote, senior-level role requires expertise in Oracle APEX and PL/SQL within a federal contractor environment.

You will drive application development, diagnose production defects, and contribute to version compatibility assessments. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of relevant experience and must be a U.S. citizen capable of obtaining a federal Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development experience.
• 4+ years of Oracle APEX development experience.
• Ability to produce clear, audit-ready technical documentation.
• Experience with federal IT contractor environments.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a federal Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Oracle APEX application development.
• Diagnose and resolve production defects in APEX applications.
• Develop and maintain APEX plugins and REST-enabled SQL services.
• Perform SQL query tuning and index optimization.
• Support advanced federal financial reconciliation report processing.
