Job summary

BioAge Labs in the US seeks an experienced Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead ophthalmology clinical programs across phases I–III. This fully remote role reports to the VP of Clinical Operations and requires managing global trials, budgets, timelines, and CRO/vendor oversight to ensure GCP/ICH compliance.

You will drive study plans, maintenance, and risk mitigation while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring trial readiness across sites.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Health or Life Sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience overseeing ophthalmic clinical trials.
• Minimum 7 years in clinical operations or trial management.
• At least 5 years independently managing Phase I–III trials.
• Experience managing CROs, vendors, budgets, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase I–III ophthalmic studies of high complexity and global scope.
• Provide senior operations leadership across study lifecycle and budgets.
• Oversee CROs, vendors, timelines, and quality deliverables.
• Prepare study plans, risk plans, dashboards, and reports.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure inspection readiness.
