Job summary

Barnstorm VFX is seeking an experienced Nuke compositor to join a fast-paced studio with a wide range of episodic and feature projects. You will contribute advanced Nuke skills to integrate elements, manage lighting, and deliver camera-ready shots.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in photo-real VFX, strong tracking, rotoscoping and painting abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining creative vision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in photo-real VFX environments (episodic experience preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of Nuke compositing techniques.
• Strong understanding of light, depth of field, distortion and motion blur.

Responsibilities

• Integrate elements with production footage using rotoscoping, keying, painting, tracking and other techniques.
• Collaborate with Leads, Supervisors and other artists to meet tight deadlines.
• Deliver high-quality work and troubleshoot technical problems on shots.
• Maintain excellence in aesthetic and technical output.
• Take direction from Supervisors/Producers to realize client vision.
