Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to help scale the next generation of machine learning-powered products. This full-time remote opportunity focuses on AWS, Python, ML infrastructure, and large-scale deployment systems across a global customer base.

The role centers on designing and operating platforms, pipelines, and deployment frameworks that make ML reliable, scalable, and efficient in production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Production MLOps experience.
• Expertise deploying ML workloads in AWS.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
• Distributed systems knowledge.
• Infrastructure automation experience.
• Monitoring, telemetry, and observability expertise.
• Experience supporting large-scale production environments.
