Empower is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Solution Architect to shape how machine learning and advanced analytics are designed, delivered, and scaled across the organization. You will own the architectural patterns that move data from fragmented sources into production-grade ML, analytics, and AI use cases that power business outcomes.

You will partner with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to turn modeling efforts into scalable production systems, focusing on feature engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years in data, platform, or software engineering roles with exposure to ML/analytics
• Experience delivering production-grade ML or analytics solutions
• Strong background in data architecture and data movement across distributed systems
• Deep understanding of ML workflows including feature engineering, training, experimentation, evaluation, and deployment
• Experience with AWS, Snowflake, Databricks or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end ML solutions from data ingestion through production use across multiple business use cases
• Design and standardize data flows to support ML, analytics, personalization, and real-time decisioning
• Define architectural patterns for feature engineering, training workflows, experimentation, and evaluation at scale
• Define MLOps patterns for deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of models
• Build reusable capabilities like feature pipelines, model serving frameworks, and data access patterns
• Expose ML and analytics outputs through APIs, batch processes, and real-time services
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to move from experimentation to production while guiding architectural decisions
