Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is building a scalable ML feature platform for ads with data infrastructure powering large-scale feature computation and training set workflows. You’ll work with ML engineers to deliver reliable batch and real-time features and governance across the platform.

The role emphasizes architecture leadership, production-ready pipelines, and collaboration to scale feature management for ads ranking and optimization. Equity may be offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure/platform engineering or large-scale distributed systems.
• 2+ years building/operating ML platform infrastructure and production ML systems.
• Experience with large-scale feature computation frameworks (Spark, PySpark, or Scala).
• Expertise in distributed systems (scaling, partitioning, fault tolerance, caching).
• Experience with intelligent automation or agentic workflows for ML systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design data infrastructure for large-scale feature and training-set computation, transformation, and storage.
• Develop batch and real-time feature frameworks focusing on reliability and scalability.
• Build platform capabilities for governance, lineage tracking, validation, drift detection, anomaly monitoring, reproducibility, and versioning.
• Partner with ML engineers to ensure smooth integration of feature engineering into ML production systems.
• Build systems supporting agentic ML workflows including automation and feature lifecycle management.
• Drive architecture and technical direction for high-scale ML platform infrastructure powering ads ranking and optimization.
