Job summary

A leading AI research accelerator is seeking a hands-on Machine Learning Senior Staff Engineer to lead teams in building and deploying cutting-edge ML systems. In this role, you will mentor engineers, manage the full lifecycle of ML projects, and ensure high-performance systems. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in machine learning and deep learning architectures, along with excellent leadership skills. This role requires working in a fully remote environment with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Machine Learning, NLP, and modern deep learning architectures.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or DeepSpeed.
• Proven experience managing teams delivering ML/LLM models in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of ML engineers and data scientists.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of ML projects from data collection to deployment.
• Collaborate with teams to define goals, milestones, and success metrics.
