Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a mid to senior level Microsoft 365 Administrator to support HUD in a fully remote role. You will work on m365 architecture, design best practices, and hands-on administration across tenant, Intune, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.

Responsibilities include managing subscriptions, Entra ID, SSO/MFA, RBAC, and writing PowerShell scripts for bulk actions. A public trust clearance is required, with ITIL and SharePoint knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Ability to maintain a public trust clearance.
• Experience with M365 architecture, design, and RBAC.
• Hands-on admin experience across tenant, Intune, Exchange Online and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Tenant subscriptions and license assignments.
• Oversee Intune enrollment and device management.
• Administer Exchange Online and mail flow configurations.
• Administer Entra ID/Azure AD and SSO/MFA integration.
• Create RBAC roles and perform script-based bulk actions.
