AcuityMD seeks a Principal Medtech Architect to lead strategic AI engagements across the full lifecycle, from pre‑sales through delivery and value realization.

You will translate complex medtech workflows into scalable AI solutions, guide executive‑level workshops, and mentor junior architects in a remote‑first, high‑growth environment.

This role requires deep domain credibility, commercial judgment, and delivery leadership to drive measurable outcomes for top customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience across medtech, healthcare technology, enterprise SaaS, or adjacent fields.
• Proven track record leading strategic customer engagements and delivering complex technical solutions.
• Experience delivering AI products, AI-enabled services, or custom AI solutions for customers.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
• Prior Forward Deployed experience at a peer AI, data, or enterprise software platform company.
• Published thought leadership at the intersection of medtech and AI.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic AI build partnerships end to end, from pre-workshop discovery through workshop facilitation and delivery.
• Lead executive-level workshops and shape the AI roadmap for customers.
• Design and guide multi‑workstream delivery plans and validate outcomes against defined success metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive delivery and customer value realization.
• Translate customer pain points and workflows into scalable AI solutions and actionable roadmaps.
• Mentor junior Medtech Architects and contribute to the Forward Deployed playbook.
