Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years' Medicare auditing experience.
• Knowledge of accounting theory and practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CMS and other financial analyses, desk reviews, and on-site field audits.
• Ensure proper reimbursement for Medicare programs and prepare audit reports.
• Mentor staff through training, coaching, and feedback.
• Provide guidance to audit teams to ensure quality control and risk minimization.
• Maintain documentation requirements and participate in outreach to providers.
