The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in IT operations or Medicaid, with 5+ years in leading large-scale teams, and familiarity with CMS/HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of IT operations or Medicaid systems experience.
• 5+ years managing large-scale healthcare or Medicaid system operations.
• Experience supporting MMIS, Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES), or healthcare payer platforms.
• Experience with production support and IT service management processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for MMIS and integrated Medicaid systems.
• Ensure system availability, reliability, scalability, and performance meeting SLAs.
• Lead ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Coordinate release planning and production deployments.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Drive automation of monitoring, alerting, batch operations, and reporting.
