Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (must have)
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory law, compliance, audit, or risk management
• Experience in Compliance or managed care
• Experience working with regulatory agencies
• Ability to analyze regulatory requirements and assess impacts on operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement audit methodologies to detect noncompliance
• Present findings to business partners and track remediation
• Oversee development and progress of issue remediation
• Review documents and data to evidence regulatory compliance
• Interpret regulatory and contract requirements for Humana departments
• Provide ongoing oversight of Medicaid operations to minimize risk
• Support external audits as needed
• Coordinate communications with regulators
• Backup and support Medicaid Regulatory Compliance team members
