Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Compliance Professional for Medicaid to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations. The role covers auditing, monitoring, and guiding remediation under a remote, U.S.-based arrangement.

You will join a growing Medicaid compliance team, interact with enterprise leaders, and drive continuous improvement while navigating complex regulatory requirements and external audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 5+ years in regulatory law, compliance, audit, or risk management.
• Experience in a Compliance- or managed care-related field.
• Experience with regulatory agencies.
• Ability to analyze regulatory requirements and translate to operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop audit methodology and monitoring to prevent noncompliance and guide remediation.
• Present findings to business partners and track issues for timely remediation.
• Oversee development and progress of remedial actions.
• Review documents/data to evidence regulatory compliance.
• Interpret regulatory/contract requirements for Humana departments/partners.
• Provide ongoing oversight of Medicaid operations to minimize risk.
• Support external audits and regulator communications.
• Provide backup to Medicaid Regulatory Compliance team members.
