Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Compliance Professional for Medicaid to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations across the Medicaid program. This role focuses on complex regulatory analysis, remediation, and ongoing oversight with Humana operational leaders and regulators.

The position is fully remote within the United States, requiring strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives. Bonus eligibility applies based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory law, compliance, audit, or risk management
• Experience in Compliance-related or managed care-related field with regulators

Responsibilities

• Develop audit methodology and perform auditing and monitoring to prevent noncompliance
• Present findings to business partners and track remediation
• Oversee development and progress of issue remediation
• Review documents to evidence regulatory requirements
• Interpret and define regulatory requirements for Humana departments/external partners
• Provide ongoing oversight of Medicaid operations to ensure compliance
• Support external audits
• Coordinate compliance communication with regulators
• Provide backup to Medicaid Regulatory Compliance team
