Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Sr Consulting Manager for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) to lead configuration, extensions, and integration design for modern distribution centers. You will collaborate with ERP, OMS, TMS, and middleware teams, guiding client stakeholders through trade-offs between standard configuration, extensions, and integration changes.

In this remote role (US-based) with 25% travel, you will mentor developers and offshore teams, oversee end-to-end delivery,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in WMS / supply chain with MAWM configuration.
• Hands-on design of Manhattan extensions using ProActive.
• Experience with MAWM integration with MHE/WES/WCS.
• Strong integration architecture knowledge (REST, EDI/XML/JSON).
• Full delivery lifecycle including cutover and stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of MAWM in distribution centers (manual and automated).
• Design, build, and support MAWM extensions using Manhattan ProActive.
• Own integration design between MAWM and MHE/WES/WCS systems, including API contracts and event flows.
• Partner with ERP/OMS/TMS teams to integrate inventory, orders, ASN/receipts, shipments.
• Provide technical leadership and troubleshoot MAWM configurations and payloads.
