Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Manhattan Active Configuration Expert to lead configuration, testing, and deployment of MAWM solutions in Atlanta, GA. You will analyze business processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement enhancements and integrations.

The role requires 10–12 years IT/supply chain experience, 2–3 years MAWM hands-on, and willingness to travel. Onsite five days a week; visa sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of overall IT and supply chain systems experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations and support projects.
• 2–3 years hands‑on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
• Strong expertise in Manhattan Active configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and deployments.
• Proven ability to quickly understand existing solution designs and business workflows.
• Experience with Postman, REST APIs, and JSON for validation and testing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance MAWM solutions.
• Analyze current processes, system designs, and existing configurations.
• Collaborate with business users, WMS teams, and project stakeholders on enhancements.
• Recommend and implement configuration solutions aligned with requirements and best practices.
• Coordinate with development teams on technical enhancements and system integrations.
• Perform unit testing and validation after configuration changes.
• Support deployment activities, go-live events, and production rollouts.
• Communicate project status and recommendations to technical and non‑technical audiences.
