Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or marketing operations.
• Advanced to expert level experience with Monday.com.
• Strong proficiency in scheduling and resource tracking.
• Non-profit or mission-driven experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake-to-kickoff process with scope and estimates.
• Oversee end-to-end execution ensuring workflows, gates and approvals.
• Coordinate across creative, digital, content, web, and strategy teams.
• Maintain project documentation and drive process improvements.
