Job summary

Datavant, the data collaboration platform for healthcare, is seeking a highly organized Sr Marketing Program Manager to support the Legal & Insurance Marketing team. This remote US role reports to the VP Marketing and partners with Marketing, Sales, CS, Product, and external vendors.

You will own campaign and event operations, manage email programs in HubSpot, and optimize workflows across Asana, Airtable, and Drive.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in project management or marketing operations.
• Experience executing B2B SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise campaigns.
• Hands-on HubSpot email deployment experience.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own operational coordination of campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Build timelines, milestones, and status reporting.
• Configure, test, and deploy HubSpot emails.
• Maintain docs and PM systems like Asana, Airtable, and Drive.
• Coordinate across Marketing, Sales, CS, Product and vendors.
