Atlantic Group is hiring a Remote Senior Marketing Manager (Customer Campaigns) to support our client in leading multi-channel campaigns focused on customer adoption, engagement, and lifecycle marketing. This fully remote role is ideal for experienced marketers with a background in demand generation, integrated campaign strategy, and post-sales engagement in the tech or software industry. You’ll execute go-to-market initiatives, manage cross-functional campaigns, and drive measurable impact using tools like Marketo, Asana, Gainsight, and Google Suite.
Responsibilities as the Remote Senior Marketing Manager:- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, social, digital) to drive customer adoption and engagement.
- Go-to-Market Enablement: Support the launch of Customer Acceleration programs from beta through general availability with targeted marketing efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Customer First, Marketing Ops, and vendors to align messaging and manage campaign execution.
- Content Development: Create persona-driven content for technical and business audiences, including Developers, IT, CX, and Security roles.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize tactics to improve engagement, ROI, and key KPIs.
Qualifications for the Remote Senior Marketing Manager:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in marketing or campaign management, with a proven record of success in multi-channel, integrated B2B campaigns.
- Technical Skills:Proficient in Marketo, Google Suite, and Asana, with preferred experience in Gainsight.
- Industry Knowledge:Prior experience in the software or technology industry, with familiarity in post-sales marketing, customer education, and go-to-market strategies, is strongly preferred.
- Skills & Attributes:Strong communication, collaboration, and project management abilities, with a data-driven and detail-oriented approach to optimizing campaign performance.
