Toptal is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to empower marketing leaders with analytics, modeling, and data-driven insights. You will support SEM, SEO, and Generative AI channels, building reports and dashboards to influence strategy and performance.

You will partner across marketing, analytics, and operations to drive measurable impact, focusing on data infrastructure, experiments, and actionable recommendations in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or business intelligence with focus on marketing analytics.
• 2+ years of experience in general consulting or analytical operations.
• Experience analyzing SEM, SEO, and Generative AI / AI-driven search channels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, build models, test hypotheses, forecast performance, and extract insights for marketing decisions.
• Develop descriptive and diagnostic analytics to provide actionable recommendations for marketing leaders.
• Define independent, holistic metrics aligned with company strategy and objectives.
• Measure SEM, SEO, and Generative AI channels to guide budget allocation and channel strategy.
• Map marketing processes and data flows across acquisition, engagement, and revenue generation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, conversion, and revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders, data analysts, and process owners to enable data-backed decisions.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate analysis, automation, and reporting.
• Build and maintain marketing data infrastructure, integrating Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads as required.
