Job summary

Southwest Power Pool Inc. in Little Rock, AR, seeks a Senior or Senior II Market Services Analyst (Remote Eligible) to ensure data integrity for Congestion Rent, GHG, MTU, and WRAP operations within Markets+.

You will bridge business and regulatory requirements with application logic, validate releases, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders. Strong data analysis and policy familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, mathematics, or related field.
• 5 years of job-related experience.
• Senior II requires 9 years of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on Congestion Rent, GHG, MTU, and WRAP operations.
• Coordinate with Markets+ Transmission Service Providers and Market Participants on verification of Transmission Service Reservations.
• Support GHG tracking and reporting on the GHG platform and respond to RMS tickets.
• Support annual and intra-year MTU update processes.
• Translate governing document language into clear requirements and test releases.
