Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Senior Manager in Security Engineering to provide vision and operational accountability for enterprise security capabilities across applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, endpoints, and identity-enabled services. You will lead multiple teams, drive risk-driven priorities, and partner with cross-functional technology groups to harden baselines and validate defenses.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years of information security, technology risk, security engineering, or related experience is strongly preferred, including leadership accountability.
• Experience leading information security engineering, vulnerability management, cloud security, endpoint security, or related teams is required.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GIAC, Azure/AWS security are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Security Engineering team with focus on risk reduction and business enablement.
• Own and mature service areas: vulnerability management, DevSecOps, penetration testing, edge, email, endpoint, cloud posture, and tooling integrations.
• Drive secure-by-default culture, establish metrics, and communicate risk to executive leadership.
• Partner with architecture, delivery, operations, and identity teams to embed security into planning and delivery.
