NP Digital seeks a Senior Manager, Programmatic to lead our remote Paid Media team. The role focuses on managing multi‑million dollar monthly budgets, optimizing DV360 & Google Ads campaigns, and delivering data‑driven recommendations to clients.

This fast‑paced position requires clear communication, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset to drive performance across campaigns. Location is remote within the United States, with East Coast hours and quarterly travel to Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of programmatic buying experience.
• Hands-on with DV360, Campaign Manager 360, and Google Ads.
• Experience managing monthly DSP budgets over $1 million.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to guide execution and deliver insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to deliver programmatic strategies for lead generation and awareness.
• Project estimated performance based on budgets and benchmarks.
• Manage DSP campaigns in DV360 and Google Ads with daily optimizations.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics team on tracking and reporting.
• Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reports.
• Speak with clients to explain performance and recommendations.
