Job summary

Silicon Ranch is seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Compliance to lead the NERC CIP and GO/GOP compliance programs across all registered sites. The role reports to the VP of Asset Operations, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and regulators while driving improvement and ensuring adherence to security controls.

The position is remote with collaboration across North America; a strong background in CIP, GADS, and risk-based governance is required to drive program performance and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity or related field is required or preferred.
• 5+ years of NERC compliance experience with GO/GOP and CIP knowledge.
• 3+ years in a program lead or senior contributor role managing a NERC compliance workstream.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of the NERC CIP compliance program across all sites.
• Manage CIP technical controls including firewalls, SCADA, RTACs, and access administration.
• Oversee GADS data collection and quarterly reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors/consultants on compliance scope and audits.
• Track and report on NERC compliance tasks and KPIs to leadership.
