We are seeking a highly experiencedSr. Manager Machine Learning Engineerto lead ourAI/ML Platform team. This role is critical in scaling our ML infrastructure and ensuring our platform supports the development and deployment of robust, secure, and scalable AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate is a technically strong leader with deep experience in machine learning systems, infrastructure engineering, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of the AI/ML platform, enabling end-to-end ML lifecycle support.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Establish and drive best practices in MLOps, data governance, model management, and observability.
  • Mentor, hire, and grow a high-performing team of engineers focused on ML systems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to deliver production-ready models.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
  • Continuously improve platform performance, scalability, and user experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML platform development.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and scaling engineering teams.
  • Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
  • Deep understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and data governance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with large language models (LLMs), including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agent-based architectures.
  • Familiarity with real-time model serving tools such as Seldon, Ray, or AWS SageMaker.
  • Knowledge of semantic data modeling and enterprise data integration technologies.

Annual Salary

$150,000.00 - $300,000.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
