Baxter in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager to lead government pricing and compliance initiatives across AMP, BP, ASP, 340B, and Non‑FAMP, including regulatory interpretation and cross‑functional coordination.

You will partner with Commercial, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership while guiding pricing strategy, managing external partners, and ensuring audit‑readiness and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Government Price Reporting preferred.
• Deep expertise in U.S. government pricing programs (Medicaid/AMP/BP, ASP, 340B, VA).
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate into risk/opportunity.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across Commercial, Finance, Legal and Marketing.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills; experience with pricing scenarios and IRA exposure.
• Leadership experience managing teams and vendors; able to drive scalable controls.
• Systems acumen with pricing/contracting platforms and data environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Baxter’s enterprise subject matter expert on government pricing regulations and policy interpretation.
• Lead end‑to‑end ownership of AMP, BP, ASP, 340B, and Non‑FAMP submissions with accuracy and compliance.
• Advise senior stakeholders on downstream impacts of pricing strategies and contracting decisions.
• Oversee outsourced calculation partners, data inputs, and system outputs including Model N governance.
• Partner with Finance and Revenue Accounting to manage reserves and accruals.
• Lead reconciliation, validation, and audit‑readiness frameworks for pricing programs and transparency.
• Support Medicaid rebate processes, manage vendor performance and CMS/HRSA/DoD relations.
• Drive standardization, unbundling, system modernization and pricing function projects.
