Western Governors University seeks a senior leader in the Leavitt School of Health to oversee clinical placement operations, student readiness, and program quality. You will manage partnerships, ensure accreditation alignment, and drive improvements across didactic and clinical experiences.

You'll lead teams, oversee policy updates, and integrate technology while focusing on student outcomes and institutional effectiveness through data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Three years of leadership or supervisory experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience using data to drive decisions and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Owns clinical placement management and coordinates student placements.
• Designs and evaluates clinical education programs to ensure competency.
• Manages budgets, staffing, scheduling, and resources for clinical and lab operations.
• Builds relationships with clinical partners and coordinates placement logistics.
• Conducts annual performance reviews and mentors staff.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation standards and institutional goals.
