Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in acquisitions, asset management, investments, private equity real estate, or related area.
• Experience in operational real estate sectors, especially senior living, hospitality, healthcare, student housing, or similar.
• At least 1 year exposure to senior living investments and strong financial modeling skills.

• Perform acquisition underwriting, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
• Assist with due diligence, transaction execution, financing activities, and asset dispositions.
• Monitor property- and portfolio-level performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze operating results and identify opportunities to improve performance and asset value.
• Support annual budgeting, reforecasting, and investor reporting processes.
• Collaborate with operators and internal stakeholders to evaluate and execute strategic initiatives.
