Remote Senior Living Community Advisor (1099 Contractor) – Reside in PST Time Zone Required

Join our team as a Remote Senior Living Community Advisor, helping seniors and their families find ideal living solutions from the comfort of your home. This role is a contract position with a pay range of $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule on-site tours using the BILDX Sales System
• Manage CRM systems and follow up daily
• Engage leads via phone calls, texts, and emails
• Achieve sales goals in a dynamic environment

Qualifications:

• Senior living sales experience (1+ year preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with CRM software and technology
• High-speed internet (100 Mbps download / 50 Mbps upload)
• Reliable phone and a professional, quiet home office
