Job summary

Communication Service for the Deaf, Inc is seeking a Senior IT and Security Governance Analyst to advance data governance, security controls, and operational risk across corporate IT, cloud, and product environments.

The role partners with multiple teams to strengthen processes, improve resilience, and support sustainable growth while operationalizing compliance frameworks and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain IT and security governance policies and procedures.
• Maintain technology risk register including security, data, vendor, and operational risks.
• Prepare governance metrics, risk reports, and audit readiness documents.
• Contribute to IT and security roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Experience with audits or frameworks such as PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53.

Responsibilities

• Document data flows across internal systems and cloud environments.
• Implement data classification, access governance, and retention standards.
• Coordinate vulnerability management and secure SDLC practices.
• Maintain cloud security guardrails and IAM standards.
• Support audits, customer security questionnaires, and partner assurance initiatives.
