The role requires leading discovery conversations, documenting complex requirements, and driving clarity across cross-functional initiatives while supporting system configuration and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis and stakeholder facilitation for complex projects.
• Proficient in developing business process flows for stakeholder alignment.
• Hands-on experience configuring enterprise software solutions based on requirements.
• Strong coordination skills with cross-functional technical teams.
• Expertise in documenting requirements using industry-standard techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation activities through workshops and interviews.
• Facilitate discussions to uncover business goals and success criteria.
• Document and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into implementation-ready artifacts.
• Develop current and future state business process flows to identify improvement opportunities.
