Lantern Lantern is seeking a Principal IAM Engineer to own the identity control plane end-to-end and set the identity standard across Entra ID, SSO, SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2.

You will lead automation of identity workflows, enforce Zero Trust with least-privilege and just-in-time access, and govern with RBAC/ABAC in a large-scale, regulated environment. This is a senior IC role reporting to the CISO, collaborating with platform, cloud, and service delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in identity and access management.
• Deep Microsoft Entra ID engineering experience (CA policy design, MFA, SSO, federation).
• Automation across cloud, SaaS and privileged systems; RBAC/ABAC provisioning and deprovisioning.

Responsabilités

• Own identity lifecycle provisioning and deprovisioning end-to-end.
• Own access management, including Conditional Access and phishing-resistant MFA.
• Own directory/federation across Entra ID, SSO, SAML, OIDC, OAuth2; secrets and non-human identity.
• Own identity automation and identity-as-code (Terraform, policy-as-code).
• Enforce identity governance and separation of duties; partner with CISO and other teams.
