Job summary

Remington Hospitality is seeking a Senior Analyst for Feasibility & Underwriting to drive financial and market analyses for new contracts and acquisitions. This is a 100% remote role within the USA, reporting to the VP of Feasibility & Underwriting.

Responsible for creating underwriting models, market assessments, and presenting findings to leadership. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in hotel feasibility, advanced Excel, and a finance/real estate background.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hotel feasibility, underwriting, acquisitions, or asset management (brokerage, REIT, or management company background)
• Advanced Excel modeling skills; STR, CoStar/CBRE Hotels, or similar market data tools
• Strong grasp of hotel operating structures, management/franchise agreements, and third‑party ownership dynamics
• Bachelor's in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field (MBA a plus)
• Excellent written/verbal communication for owner- and investor-facing deliverables

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed feasibility studies and underwriting models (STR/market data, ADR/RevPAR projections, demand segmentation, comp set analysis)
• Prepare full P&L pro formas, cash flow projections, and IRR/NPV/cap rate analyses for prospective management contracts and acquisitions
• Evaluate market fundamentals - supply pipeline, demand generators, competitive positioning - for new and existing markets
• Support due diligence on third-party management pursuits, including brand fit, contract terms, and capex requirements
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and ownership groups/investment committees
• Maintain and refine underwriting templates, market data sources, and benchmarking tools
