Job summary

SVA | A Professional Services Company seeks an experienced HNW/Trust & Estates Manager to lead consultative tax planning for business owners and families across the U.S. You will work with clients to inform and guide decisions, while partnering with internal leaders on relationship management and service delivery.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or seasonal) with remote or hybrid options (offices in Madison, WI; Brookfield, WI; Colorado Springs, CO).

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in tax and accounting serving businesses and High Net Worth families.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field demonstrating tax and planning understanding.
• CPA or EA certification and experience supervising staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client projects from engagement planning to implementation and beyond.
• Develop and manage engagement plans for tax and estate planning implementations.
• Coordinate client and tax service line schedules to ensure resources are available.
• Identify priorities and resource requirements; assign staff to projects.
• Monitor task performance and manage actions, issues, and risks with the client team.
• Prepare weekly status reports and collaborate to exceed client expectations.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget; support professional development.
