Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in healthcare quality measurement or Star Ratings improvements.
• Deep knowledge of NCQA HEDIS measures and CMS Star Ratings.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales support and customer engagement for quality solutions.
• Develop technical content for RFP responses and proposals.
• Capture market feedback and communicate trends to Product Management.
• Maintain SME knowledge of NCQA HEDIS, CMS Star Ratings and CAHPS.
