Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to design compliant, clinically effective programs.
• Support governance, risk management, and compliance for primary care operations.
• Bridge legal and operational teams to implement contract provisions smoothly.
