Job summary

ScottMadden, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Experienced HCM Consultant to join our Corporate & Shared Services practice. You will work on a variety of management consulting engagements alongside leadership, gaining exposure to human capital management, organization design, and process improvement.

Travel may be necessary and you will collaborate with a small project team and a partner on client solutions, with a structured mentorship and promotion model.

Qualifications

• MBA or other relevant advanced degree is required.
• HCM consulting experience (3+ years preferred).
• Experience in Shared Services is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Work on small project teams with a partner to identify and solve client problems.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants to deliver client solutions and learn on assignments.
• Contribute to client relationships and project execution while developing your practice skills.
