Blacksmith Agency is expanding its marketing division and seeks a Performance Marketing Specialist to own strategy, performance and client leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and CRO. This senior role blends analytics, strategy and execution while guiding internal and external teams.

You will participate in sales calls, shape scope, develop growth roadmaps for clients and ensure campaigns deliver measurable outcomes across Google Ads, Meta and organic channels.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of PPC, SEO or multi-channel strategy experience.
• Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
• Proven ability to build strategic recommendations for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for PPC and SEO clients across industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
• Build 90-day, 6-month and annual growth roadmaps.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
• Audit PPC campaigns, keyword strategies, bidding, landing pages and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical and on-page SEO, link building and AI-driven content.
• Track KPIs, attribution and analytics accuracy.
• Provide weekly direction and QA with the marketing project manager.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
