Job summary

Honu Services in Kailua, Hawaii seeks a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage complex government contracts from award through closeout. You will interpret contracts, monitor funding and performance, and provide expert guidance to internal teams and client companies.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of FAR, strong judgment, and the ability to communicate complex requirements clearly while maintaining high accuracy and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and agency supplements.
• Experience administering complex government contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned contracts from award through completion and closeout.
• Review and interpret contracts, modifications, and other documents.
• Identify contractual requirements, risks, and impacts for assigned contracts.
• Monitor funding, periods of performance, and deliverables.
• Support contract closeout activities and ensure timely documentation.
