Job summary

Paula’s Choice Skincare is seeking a Senior Demand Planning Manager to lead a global team responsible for category demand planning and the S&OP process across NAM, APAC, EU, and ANZ.

You will drive a unified forecasting methodology, own a rolling 18-month horizon, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply to align demand with growth plans. Remote-friendly role, with West Coast time-zone alignment in the US.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, merchandise planning, or S&OP/IBP across multiple markets.
• Bachelor’s degree required; APICS CPIM/CSCP certification a plus.
• Experience leading planning system implementations (Oracle Planning Central) or major process redesigns.

Responsibilities

• Own aggregated, global demand planning for revenue-generating units across markets.
• Lead a single, disciplined global S&OP process and drive forecast accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop Global Category Demand Planning team.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply to build a consensus demand plan.
