Framework Ventures is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to help build and scale a GPU‑accelerated cloud services platform. You will work on backend infrastructure for AI/ML workloads and frontend interfaces for developers and data scientists.

The role emphasizes distributed systems, Kubernetes orchestration, and secure, scalable API design with real‑time dashboards. Remote collaboration across time zones is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack development with strong emphasis on backend systems.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Node.js/JavaScript for backend development and React frontend framework.
• Proven experience building and scaling distributed systems or event‑driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of API design and implementation, including authentication, rate limiting, and versioning.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with databases, and a deep understanding of data modeling and optimization.
• Solid understanding of networking, security principles, and best practices for production systems.
• Experience with real‑time data streaming and RPC implementations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Design and implement robust backend services and APIs for AI model inference and workload distribution.
• Frontend Implementation: Build responsive web interfaces for training job management and model deployment workflows.
• Distributed Systems Architecture: Contribute to design/implementation of distributed systems using peer‑to‑peer tech (Holepunch stack).
• API Design & Integration: Develop APIs supporting synchronous/asynchronous inference patterns; ensure compatibility with standards.
• Platform Reliability: Implement monitoring, logging, and telemetry for high availability and performance.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work with DevOps, AI/ML engineers, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Enforce code quality via reviews, testing, and security practices.
