Job summary

The Educe Group is seeking a senior full-stack engineering leader to guide a team of developers working on cloud-based solutions. You will contribute directly to product development, maintain high code quality, and shape the technical direction of our platform while ensuring delivery and collaboration across teams.

You will leverage NodeJS, Express, React/Vue.js, and modern DevOps practices to build scalable enterprise software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of full stack software development experience with the listed technologies.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams including performance management.
• Experience with full systems development lifecycle and production environments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate project estimates and staffing for development projects.
• Contribute to product development by writing and reviewing high-quality, scalable code.
• Analyze, design, and document technical solutions across the lifecycle.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews and enforce standards.
• Guide team in designing secure, scalable applications on the Educe Cloud platform.
• Define and enforce the company’s software development methodology.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Stay current with emerging tech and AI tools to enhance performance.
• Support enterprise software deployment and ongoing product improvements.
