Title: Senior Full-stack Engineer

Location: FULLY REMOTE!

Compensation: $130k-$170k + 10% target bonus, 401k w/match, comprehensive benefits

Due to growth, we're currently hiring a Sr. Full-Stack Engineer.

What You'll Do

• Lead full lifecycle software projects from requirements gathering through development, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including volunteers, business partners, and IT, to align goals and manage expectations.
• Design application architecture and lead system design reviews, incorporating current technologies and future scalability.
• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring integration with various databases and services.
• Manage data analysis and modeling with an end-to-end view of system impacts.
• Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices, mentoring junior developers and training team members.
• Lead UX/UI efforts with a focus on accessibility, responsive design, and ADA compliance.
• Oversee quality assurance and testing efforts, including unit, integration, performance, and regression testing.
• Drive continuous improvement through technology evaluation, proactive maintenance, and performance monitoring.
• Act as a project manager when needed, handling planning, cost estimates, timelines, and team coordination.
• Provide documentation, peer reviews, and stakeholder presentations to ensure transparency and alignment.
