Job summary

Royper Royco LLC is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer with German and French language proficiency (C1+) for a fully remote role based in the United States. The successful candidate will own and deliver end-to-end software solutions for manufacturing clients, leveraging TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Express.js.

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express.js.
• Experience writing automated tests and maintaining quality.
• Professional fluency in German and French, minimum C1 in each; English proficiency.
• Experience with cloud architectures, APIs, and modern development practices.
• Ability to own technical solutions and reliably deliver projects.
• Knowledge of Industrial IoT or manufacturing tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and operate custom software for manufacturing clients, following a you-build-it-you-run-it approach.
• Implement complex business logic using modern architectures and best practices.
• Design and build intuitive web interfaces to simplify manufacturing workflows.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud-based and on-premises applications.
• Monitor performance, logging, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability.
• Build and integrate APIs with ERP systems, manufacturing software, machine controls, and OT infrastructure.
• Analyze requirements with customers and project managers to translate into solid software solutions.
• Collaborate with customers through the project lifecycle from requirements to production deployment.
• Improve the platform, workflows, and technical standards through continuous innovation.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape product and technology roadmap.
