The Opportunity
You will join our growing team of React and Next.js engineers, working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating on diverse projects. The frontend engineering team includes highly skilled developers focused on building scalable, high-quality digital experiences for our users. We pride ourselves on our ability to execute within a fast-paced environment, delivering quality solutions that meet both business and user needs.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with tech leads and product teams to prioritize and implement feature requests in an Agile environment.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy frontend applications, using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Lead or contribute as an individual developer to web-based and mobile-based projects.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Drive the development and enhancement of reusable components and scalable frontend solutions.
- Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
- Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, particularly regarding HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development using React.
- 1+ years of experience in js development.
- Production experience using Next.js
- Proven ability to build scalable frontend systems and reusable components.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
- Ability to support and debug frontend applications in a production environment.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Experience working in high-volume environments with complex technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Expert-level experience with js.
- Familiarity with microservices and serverless functions.
- Experience mentoring junior or mid-level developers.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to manage complex technical projects.
