Job summary

Computershare is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Fund Services with performance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision support. You will partner with Sales, Client Services, and Strategy across global teams to drive revenue growth and productivity improvements.

The role requires 5–8 years of FP&A experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a relevant degree; an MBA/MSF is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance function.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Strong presentation skills with PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
• MBA or MSF preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business growth and operational efficiency, including month-end close activities, budget-to-actual reviews, prior-year comparisons, trend analysis, and preparation of revenue and expense journal entries as required.
• Lead the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process in partnership with Global Finance, ensuring accurate financial planning and performance tracking.
• Monitor business performance, identify financial risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Support the implementation of global finance and procurement systems, ensuring compliance with financial processes, controls, and reporting requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and business initiatives.
• Evaluate business cases, pricing strategies, and strategic projects, and prepare executive-level analyses and presentations to support leadership decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Client Services teams to prepare and review client cost estimates, pricing proposals, and customer invoices.
• Manage the preparation, calculation, and administration of bi-annual sales incentive programs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
