Pragmatike is seeking a Senior Founding Product Engineer to help turn ideas into production products. You will work closely with Product, Design, customers, and engineering leadership to build scalable, real-time infrastructure across systems and platforms.

The role emphasizes early-stage product development, ownership of features end-to-end, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack product engineering background.
• Experience building products from early-stage concepts.
• Strong product sense and customer empathy.
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining engineering quality.

Responsibilities

• Build new product capabilities from concept to production.
• Identify high-value problems with product and customers.
• Develop full-stack features across frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Rapidly prototype and validate product ideas.
• Own features end-to-end from architecture through deployment.
• Use customer feedback to iterate quickly.
• Build scalable foundations without over-engineering.
